Ghostland Invades Aspen

Don’t miss the chance to experience Ghostland Observatory’s killer show Sunday night at Belly Up. The Austin-based duo is committed to making music that rattles their bones, which ain’t always easy since it sounds like Thomas Ross Turner and Aaron Behrens taste in music varies widely.  And yet, what comes out of the blender is a distinct sound that now packs houses around the globe.  Messenger pulled the following description from their own Facebook page (which, btw, put the final nail in our coffin to catch these guys live  over the weekend). “Ghostland Observatory’s unmistakable sound has these elements: sweaty, raw-boned, and direct from the future; committed to electronics, stuck on big beats, yet unmistakably powered by rock ‘n’ roll.”  So please, join us in scaring September away, dusting the cobwebs off October, and dancing on your bloody ass off Sunday night the first!  P.S. Bring your Boo, or Ghost ‘em, either way, be there!
